Udyam Registration is a government registration that is provided along with a recognition certificate and a unique number in order to certify small or medium businesses or enterprises.

It is the new name of Udyog Adhaar announced by the government as of July 01, 2020, which is 16 digit Unique Identification Number (UID) provided by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India for small and medium enterprises in India.

MSME registration more popularly known as Udyog Aadhaar Registration will be known as Udyam Registration

Process of Udyam Registration

Any person who intends to establish a micro, small or medium enterprise may file online udyam registration in the Udyam Registration portal.A permanent registration number will be given after registration. After completion of the process of registration, a certificate will be issued online. This certificate will have a dynamic QR Code from which the web page on our Portal and details about the enterprise can be accessed. There will be no need for renewal of Registration. Registration Process is fully online, paperless and based on self-declaration and totally free ,no cost to be paid to anyone. No requirement to upload documents, papers, certificates or proof. Only Aadhaar Number will be enough for registration. No enterprise shall file more than one Udyam Registration.
