Documents Required

Only a selected number of documents required for IEC  listed below:

  1. COI
  2. Bill
  3. Rent Bill
  4. Personal or company’s current bank account statement
  5. Address proof (Electricity bill/rent agreement/sale deed of the office)
  6. Copy of canceled cheque of the current bank accounts

A detailed procedure for IEC

To get your license, you need to follow these steps:

  • The Aayaat Niryaat Form no. 2A filed with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade online or offline at the regional office of DGFT.
  • All the required documents, bank details, and DSC to be submitted.
  • After successfully processing the application form, an import-export code number is to the entity.
  • After the verification of documents and application by the authorities ice license is issued as a soft copy to the applier.
